warranty requirements

Proper installation plays a key role in the performance of TASORO® products. Installation defects are not covered by our warranty and are the responsibility of the installer. TASORO® products should be installed according to the TASORO® products installation instructions.

limited lifetime warranty

TASORO® Products stands behind its workmanship and quality for your lifetime. Should there be any manufacturer defect at any time, TASORO® products will replace the item. Shipping and Handling costs are not included in the replacement.

What is not covered in the warranty?

• Damage caused by fire, flooding or intentional abuse
• Damage caused by vacuum cleaner beater bar, caster wheels and cutting from sharp objects.
• Loss of gloss/scratching.
• Minor color, shade or texture variations between samples or printed color photography and the actual material.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Excessive use and abuse.
• Products eroded by mold, mildew or alkali

What Is Excluded From This Warranty?

TASORO® Products excludes and will not pay incidental or consequential damages under this warranty. This includes but is not limited to any loss, expense, or damage other than to the product itself that may result from a manufacturer defect. No implied warranties extend beyond the terms of this written warranty.
