Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will make every effort to process your return subject to the below policy:
Return Policy
- Returns can only be processed within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns are for merchandise credit only
- Returns will be credited subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns must arrive packaged in an unopened box in the original packaging, free from wear and tear.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs to Tasoro.
Non-returnable Items
- Any item that is custom made, special ordered, or not a current inventory item (i.e. cabinets, flooring, plumbing, etc.) will not be permitted a return
- Discounted products are final sale.
Process
- Please contact your sales director to obtain a Return Manufacturer Authorization Number (RMA#)
- Please write the RMA # visibly on the outside of the package, box, etc. Items returned without a proper RMA # will be immediately returned to sender at sender’s expense.
- Merchandise credit will be available within fourteen (14) days of product receipt

Proper installation plays a key role in the performance of TASORO® products. Installation defects are not covered by our warranty and are the responsibility of the installer. TASORO® products should be installed according to the TASORO® products installation instructions.

TASORO® Products stands behind its workmanship and quality for your lifetime. Should there be any manufacturer defect at any time, TASORO® products will replace the item. Shipping and Handling costs are not included in the replacement.
What is not covered in the warranty?
- Damage caused by fire, flooding or intentional abuse
- Damage caused by vacuum cleaner beater bar, caster wheels and cutting from sharp objects.
- Loss of gloss/scratching.
- Minor color, shade or texture variations between samples or printed color photography and the actual material.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Excessive use and abuse.
- Products eroded by mold, mildew or alkali

What Is Excluded From This Warranty?
TASORO® Products excludes and will not pay incidental or consequential damages under this warranty. This includes but is not limited to any loss, expense, or damage other than to the product itself that may result from a manufacturer defect. No implied warranties extend beyond the terms of this written warranty.
Please note:Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
