Return

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will make every effort to process your return subject to the below policy:

General Returns

  • Returns can only be processed within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are for merchandise credit only.
  • Returns will be credited subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns must arrive packaged in an unopened box in the original packaging, free from wear and tear.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs to Tasoro, unless the product is defective or non-conforming (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, special-ordered, or non-inventory items (e.g., cabinets, flooring, plumbing) are not eligible for return.
  • Discounted products are final sale.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a product that is defective or does not conform to your order specifications:

  • Please notify your sales director immediately.
  • Upon verification we will issue a prepaid FedEx return label.
  • To receive merchandise credit, the product must be returned using the provided label and arrive at our facility in its original packaging.
  • Credit will be processed only after the item is received and inspected.
  • Items not returned may not be eligible for credit.

Process

  • Please contact your sales director to obtain a Return Manufacturer Authorization Number (RMA#)
  • Please write the RMA # on signage affixed to box. Do not write directly on the box. The box must be returned in sellable condition. Items returned without a proper RMA # will be immediately returned to sender at sender’s expense.
  • Merchandise credit will be available within fourteen (14) days of product receipt
